agreed. i've worked in a lot of rich people's houses, seen their cars. few to none of them have manuals.

knew a guy that ran an excavation company, built a moderate office space morton building, had it mounted on 12x12 skids, so he could pull it around the yard with 2 excavators. pissed off the city, as it's a temporary structure, so it couldn't get taxed as normal office space
