It would be the perfect amount of sealant needed, and would seal the two halves with no chance of squeeze out. These gaskets could be used on every mating surface to replace the existing sealant.
That would fix this issue permanently.

Nonono. Literally the people that made one post saying “get a lawyer”. Then coming on under a different profile to make a post of “get a lawyer”.
I particularly enjoyed the one saying the warranty language was illegal while ignoring the last line of the law that they linked that said they could do exactly what they did.
