What do you mean by shear lack of inspection? It looks like the cars being taken back to the dealers are being inspected. If you're talking about on the line. It's just not feasible, to pull the pan, remove the ATV, reapply by hand, and put back into the line. Because even if there isn't excess, it will have to be taken back down to a clean surface and reapplied.

I really think some of you are blowing this WAY out of proportion.
