My Celica has this "issue" although I don't consider it a problem. It's more noticeable after a few lift spirts (engaging lift at 6200rpm and holding till the ~8000rpm red line, shift, and repeat till 3rd or 4th gear, depending on location. The 2ZZ-GE was meant for this.)
In other words, as the engine warms up the warmer the air from the vents is. I've always figured the vents get their air from the engine bay or close to it. As mentioned before, switch to recirculate and it should go away/reduce. Turning on A/C also overpowers it.
Otherwise, if you're too lazy to turn on the heat when it's needed, simply hit the throttle lol
