I had those vent clips which do work, but eventually they cause wear to your vents and make them loose and floppy. I replaced a vent due to that (it was easy FWIW, and cheap).

I've never been able to get any of the magnet mounts to work and the sticky side always seems to come undone as well. this looks perfect! going to get the dash mount and the phone carrier
