So possibilities...
You can try pulling fuse #9 in the interior fuse panel. This is the ignition power to the Cockpit Control Module (radio) and active sound generator. Not sure what codes might set. Easy enough to pull it and take a test drive. If it doesn't set a check engine light then it shouldn't be in limp mode. But then likely no control over the cluster screen, and possibly no traction control switch function.
Option 2 would be to put a toggle switch on the red ground control wire in the steering column. All the steering wheel switches work off resistance and 2 signal wires and 1 ground. Open the ground with a switch while auto-x all the steering switches are inop, click the switch back all of them work. HOWEVER... because the switches work on resistance if the splice or the switch is less than quality, it may cause phantom button presses... when turned on.
Option 3 , aftermarket steering wheel , because racecar.
You can go into the sound menu and turn the voice assistant volume all the way down or press the talk button and as its speaking turn the volume knob down.... the screen changes and displays the prompts, but then nothing is heard, but it I found also turns down SIRI and you have to remember to turn it back up if you use that function.
