Yeah its falsified pretty much.

If you look at the power line compared to the torque line, it doesn't match.

For instance the power is shooting up as the torque hole starts in the new car, and in the old car the torque at the end of the RPM is still rising but there is a drop in power.

Great video about the cars changes and really nice animations, but this isn't engineering stuff, its marketing guy sitting behind the designers desk say 'Oh, can we make it loo a little better here, and the old one a little worse here - thanks!'

Lol. They really don't have to make shit up, honestly the car sells itself.
