If you had a written contract you could certainly fight it but at some point it wouldn't be worth the trouble. Probably wouldn't want to work with that dealer anymore anyway.
I have one of the typical dealer car@price work-up sheets signed but I would guess they have many ways out of that. For sure best to cut my losses yeah
