Ah OK. Yeah there are 3 separate packages for the Core (US) per the press release. All of the stuff in the 3 packages are things the Circuit Edition gets standard.

Technology package: Includes JBLŽ Premium Audio system with Clar-FiŽ, and Qi-compatible wireless smartphone charging.
Cold Weather Package: Includes heated front seats and heated steering wheel.
