as TCOAT said above...this is a worldwide problem affecting every manufacturer, not a Toyota specific problem. No one knows when things will get back to normal.
You either have to pick out something that happens to be on the lot, or you wait who knows how long until your specifically spec'd car is made and ready for you at the dealership.
