I'm just glad that there's a reasonable explanation for the issue and it's not me going crazy or senile. The temp sensor is the one with the longer probe, the pressure sensors are short, definitely no fitment issues there.

I have been running a BPST to NPT adaptor for a long time with no issues though. Just be careful as sometimes the pressure senders have a long probe and it isn't compatible with an adaptor.
