It's great that Toyobaru recognized the problem and solved it. And thirty three bucks is well worth it to fix the only real problem with 86 (besides the TOB of course).
But I think the improved part should be free.
Even though I'm ordering mine today. The original fix on mine is less effective after 200,000 miles.
