The pressure relief valve on mine started dribbling hot water into the evacuation system last week and I had to shut it off for the time being.

We went with "Bit of Sugar" White BEHR paint for all the bedrooms. I know is only a matter of time until the boss lady decides she wants color back and not plain white. i don't hate painting. better than doing plumbing at least.
if you get the right paint, you don't need to do more than 1 coat!
