Is it because a tuned, forced induction FA20 will produce more emissions and therefore it would exceed allowable amounts or because the emissions would be so much lower than the test would "expect" to see and fails because the assumption is that something else must be wrong to result in lower numbers. I'm not trying to be argumentative, I literally just don't know. I'm going on the high-level assumption that using flex fuel = lower emissions, but I have no idea how forced induction affects that assumption in practice.
