i've strayed far away from car audio tweeters, i find most car audio designs too focused on space constraints instead of audio quality. moved more towards designs with a rear chamber to lower resonant frequency, with more neutral tones.
despite the price being about $30/tweeter higher than i prefer, next on my list is the
CSS LD22. it ticks a lot of boxes-- flat response, different design, obscure company...
