that stud is not bent, the structure is. You'll need to ease the structure back into place and reinforce the area. Alternatively, cut all the spot welds and replace the damaged structure. Either way you'll want to use some frame measuring tools to ensure the suspension points are properly located so it drives correctly.
You'll also want to thoroughly check the arm, strut, and strut tower for bending, since something else probably had to give or buckle for that point to move. The rubber bushing would have taken some of the deflection, but the question is did it take it all?
Your safe bet is take it to a shop and let them repair it properly.
