i think that's obvious. same as underglow, large stereos, or new wheels. for entertainment purposes.
but entertainment always has a cost. just ask friend-1 that's no longer speaking to friend-2 that stuck an m80 in the toilet before friend-1 used that toilet.
in this case, dumping raw fuel into the exhaust system so the hot cat's can ignite it and make noise is going to ruin those expensive and hard-to-get emissions components.
