Update: Tore apart the front end to fix the smoking issue with the turbo oil drains. Turns out one of the drains was being blocked by the oil windage pipe behind the drain boss and the other line was slightly kinked. I relocated the bosses to the sides of the pan and verified nothing is blocked. I also rebuilt the turbos with all new piston rings, O-rings, and bearings. I changed the drain line to a full 5/8 rubber hose and used precision high flow turbo oil drain fittings with no gaskets, only O-rings. I figured while I was doing all this work, I moved the radiator forward and made more room for the top radiator hose. I also swapped the cam with a BTR stage 2 turbo cam, 7.4" .080 wall solid BTR pushrods, and changed out the rocker arm trunnion bushings with solid brass bushings. Tapped the driver's side valve cover for a -10 vent and used the passenger's side with a -10 to oil fill adapter, all going to a -10 catch can with breather. I also added a 4 port steam vent kit from motion race works with top bleed fitting. Almost everything is reassembled, hoping to startup this weekend and test the turbo drains, then start tuning again. Being back in the states is awesome for getting parts compared to Guam!
