Could you snap a couple pics of the mounting bracket you used?
Did you attach the bracket to the impact bar, the bumper cover, or somewhere else?
Here's the info on the light mounts:

The center lights are mounted with these 175mm x 105mm L brackets - https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1 and bolt through existing holes in the bumper with M8x110 bolts IIRC.

The outer lights are mounted with 125mm x 85mm Alise L Brackets from Amazon that appear to no longer be available. These are also bolted through existing holes, but the passenger side hole required some extra drilling. I used shorter M8 bolts for that.

I used fender washers and rubber washers between the bumper and the brackets, and fender washers, rubber washers and nyloc nuts on the back side.

The existing holes in the outer brackets were all positioned well for this and just needed to be bored out to 10mm for the lights and 8mm for the mounting bolt. A small amount of the grill area had to be cut away for clearance.

The factory holes on the center brackets were positioned well for the side mounting to the bumper, but the longer section of the bracket that the light mounts to needed a new hole drilled between the farthest one out and the center one to get the lights to sit tight to the bumper cover. All holes needed to be drilled out the same as the outer brackets.

Once I got the center lights aimed where I wanted them I padded out the back of them with 3m doublesided foam tape to brace them against the bumper cover so they won't jiggle around. The outer lights didn't require that since the bracket is shorter and therefore more rigid.

Hope that helps.
