
I had some installation problems on my oil cooler and emailed them. I figured it would be the usual everybody-working-from-home delay. Within a couple hours I got a phone call, and a follow-up call later after I sent them some info they needed. They asked for pics which I sent. The part I needed was shipped promptly and they sent several emails in the next few days as they made sure I knew how to make the install work. Yesterday I got an email from Jeff Perrin, offering to send me a hose that is pre-bent to make it even easier.
They went to great length to make sure I got my problem solved. I certainly won't hesitate to buy another Perrin product in the future.
