This. If I got a Z, Supra, Corvette, Cayman, or Evora it would get used much less than the GR86. I don't want to sink that kind of money into something that mostly sits in the garage, only to drive my van any time I need to bring a bike case, bike, or even a few suitcases. The Twins and M2 are the only sports cars that offer that usability, and the M2 seems heavy and tall, more of a sportified sedan.
