A few days ago I made a meatloaf for the first time in years. Ground beef, fried onions, garlic, jalapeņo. Used panko, some milk, and an egg to bind. Then for the last ten or so minutes I glazed it with a new BBQ sauce I got a while back but hadn't opened yet.
Super good.
Then today I decided to make some breakfast burritos for the first time. Not a big breakfast eater but been looking for things to make that I can eat quickly through the week. I had one today and made three more to be put in the fridge. Pretty basic stuff. Scrambled eggs, slow-fried thick cut bacon, hash brown, jalapeņo, and cheddar.
