You wouldn't be wrong on buying a PS5 to play GT7. Another thing is actually getting your hands on one. One thing to consider is that Sony announced a scale back on PS5 production. So this move could benefit PC players in the sense that both Polyphony and Sony could possible be missing on thousands of dollars by keeping the game on PS5/PS4 while waiting on production to increase. Sony on the other hand, seeing how the PC sales on GoW have hit close to two million sales, will probably push for a sooner than expected port to PC.

This is all speculation on my part, of course. But there is a reason why Sony is still making PS4s, they know the current situation is not great to fully embrace the PS5 just yet, so porting to PC could be extremely beneficial. I would say maybe a year or so until we get the port, but it can always be sooner too.
