In a way, cars are the same. Sure, you can buy a car for several hundred thousand (or 2.5M) dollars that will outperform a little over $100K, but unless you are racing for money and promoters, is the the incremental cost really worth, say the difference between a Z06 Corvette and a McLaren Senna or even a 720S?
Some will say yes, but I don't see it.

It will be a while until gamers are able to take full advantage of the performance gains of the newer generation. Just like people rushing into windows 11, they're taking performance cuts here and there, and a minimal performance gain in other places.
