You can use Gochujang for lots of things. Use just like rooster sauce. You can mix it with some soy sauce, ginger, garlic for a nice marinade for chicken. Add to soups and sauces. Lots of stuff.

That's pretty much what I do with it. Sometimes I will add a touch to the oil before I stir fry something. I pretty much put Gochujang and Sriracha on everything.
