The DI is apparently grounded by the bottom bolt. Install that and see what happens. My car throws P0219a, P0119f, and occasionally P0304 after a rebuild. I replaced upstream 02, MAF, and MAP and checked for vacuum leaks. Datalogging shows fuel trims and AFRs are off but I don't know why yet. I'm taking it to PTuning on Friday.
