But there are 4 other factors that helped me decide to not do it (at this time):
1- I want to track the car at HPDE events, so reliability is VERY important
2- I have a lift, so removing bolt isn't too bad
3- The way the valve sicks into the oil pan when installed, it leaves a little oil at the bottom
4- It drains slower
Don't get me wrong, it's a great device, and I'm sure that they are (mostly) reliable. I'm also convinced that they are great for those that have trouble accessing the drain bolt. It's just that I had a change of heart after the few reviews that I read. Before I read them, I was still not 100% on it due to the 4 reasons above, so it just pushed me enough to change my mind, that's all.

Just adding my $0.02 - I've had a Fumoto on 3-4 cars now, including cars that see track use, and all of them worked without issue. #3 on your list is really a non-issue as far as I'm concerned because you never get all the oil out of an engine when doing a change - the risk of having an extra teaspoon or two because of the valve is insignificant. #4 is valid - I usually open the valve then go do something else while it drains.
