Well that is a laundry list. Since you have a P0301 I would start with the #1 cylinder. Spark plug, coil, injectors. The other codes are mixture related and would be a symptom of #1 not firing.
I am curious to what you are calling a “leaky spark plug tube”. Can you elaborate?
