on my truck, that's exactly the scenario that my front tire will catch the edge of my mud flaps, and make that noise.

but i suspect you have neither mud tires, or big floppy mud flaps.

Thanks! I will get a video but interestingly, once i drive for a few minutes i cant replicate the issue. It will only happen again once the car sits for a while and 'cools down'. Ill need to wait a bit before going back out and getting a vid.
