After finding the meaty tire thread another thought would be to just use the 235/40 upfront and look at going staggered. Then picking up the correct diameter tire for the rear. Wheel see. LOL.
Two decades ago I ruined the ride of my Miata by adding 15” Borbet wheels. They were so much heavier than stock. We barely had the internet back then.
