who knows, but the general process for doing an out of state purchase of a car is still the same.

replace Heuberger w/ any other dealer and you'll follow the same process, as long as that dealer knows how to do the paperwork properly. A key part of this is that dealer should not be charging you sales tax of any kind from the state they are in, unless they are folding YOUR local sales tax into the financing.
