I did this back in 2013 since the BRZ (at the time) was in short supply and sell price was close to MSRP (or sometimes even higher).

Obviously the procedure varies from state to state, but since California is the most complicated it still is pretty valid.

Heuberger is great. My 2015 WRX STI came from them. They're amazing!
