I used
this recipe but added 1 TBSP of sugar because I think I've had slightly sweet + tangy adobo in the past.
It turned out really good! I kept the liquid from last night and today tried reducing it into a sauce. I should've reduced it a lot further and maybe added corn starch slurry, but it was still great on the rice.
