Nope, no small frame dual entry turbos. Some crazy journal bearing Mitsu turbos are divided housing (I recall a twin scroll 16G from some JDM STI model) as are some other OEM JDM STI turbos from IHI, but small-frame twin scroll is hard to find and pricey.
