More than likely your corporate work from home policy would state that during work hours you cannot be responsible for the care of another human (ours specifically calls out any human, not just children) which would match the same policy if you were working in the office.

We don't have a separate policy for it. Their whole thing the past 2 years has been if you have personal responsibilities at home, feel free to take care of them, just make sure your team is aware and if you need a larger chunk of time, then use PTO for it.
