Jeff Perrin told me a trick to help with this, as he sent me many tunes and of course the ecu was reset each time.

"Turn the key on, give it full throttle then lift about 20 times. Turn it off then do this again (20 full throttles, then turn it off). Now start your car."

This completely eliminated the dead pedal after a fresh tune for me, hope it still works as well with the new car.
