I wouldn't worry about it. Let them do their thing. Your insurance should guarantee the work. Once it's done, look it over, and if it's not right, let your insurance know about it.
My insurance wanted to use aftermarket parts when I got t-boned years ago. I let them. The fit was horrible, I brought my concerns to my insurance, and they redid the entire job
