Jacking the car from one side

So to explain my question, my 86 had Fortune coilovers which dropped me about 2inches more or less. Add on top of that I have a pretty long Verus front splitter. The problem this creates is my garage isnt huge and in order to jack the car up from the front I have to drive it up on a special low profile ramp in order to get to the front jacking point. In a garage my size this is a pain in the ass.

So my question is, do I hurt anything by jacking one side up high enough to get two jackstands on one side, then jacking the other side to get the car up in the air. The repeat again on both sides so I have it high enough to get me and a creeper underneath and not have my nose touching the undertrays.

I ask because the car looks stressed when I put it high enough to slip a stand underneath.
