Downforce also doesn't matter for top speed, drag is what matters.

In theory, a ~15–20% increase in power/torque should provide ~5% more top speed assuming it's reached at the same rpm. The 4.1 FD in the 2022's is in fact ~5% taller than the 4.3 FD on the 2017–2020s, at least on the US market.

Curious what we find out later.
However, I couldn't care less whether the top speed is 140 or 150.
Except for autobahns and maybe Monza, you can't really reach those speeds anywhere.
