I wouldn't read too much into it unless you are planning on making a move in the next 12 months. We're in a used car price bubble right now.
Also, it only holds that value if you have unusually low mileage. Carvana has a 2015 (which is 3 years older) for the same price because it has over 50,000 miles on it.
A 2013 with 100,000 miles (which is near normal mileage) is listed for $17,990.
