I would say directly to the manifold would be best in the case of using your existing manifold in the build.

All of the turbochargers will use the stock manifold and all of the top-mount, positive displacement-type superchargers out for this platform will bolt on in place of the manifold. Some of the superchargers use a different MAP sensor to mount up to their runners, such as Edelbrock, but there are a couple, like the Harrop, that use the stock-type Denso MAP sensor. There are Omni brand MAP sensors from 2.5 bar on up in the same style as our OEM sensors as well.
