Yes, I want to caution that buying a built shortblock is very much a headache if you're not being supported by an experienced Subaru engine builder. There are a lot of little things (oil passage filters in the heads, for example, that would be easy to miss) that if forgotten or not replaced, will recirculate the debris they have caught into your NEW engine.

Built shortblocks are also missing several things that you may need from your existing engine that cannot be re-used ( like your front cover), your cam gears that SHOULD be re-purchased, since they have a lot of oil passages with tight clearances that hold oil ( and debris, as a result).

The front cover is like $400 on its own. New OCVs are expensive. Cam gears are about $300 a piece. heads needs to be dissembled and cleaned thoroughly. May as well get new valve seals. Uh oh, valve clearances aren't great, we need to measure and buy the right shims.

Oh, all new timing components.
Oh, new gasket set. New DI seals.

Uh oh, we have a misfire on 2 cylinders- let's take it apart. Yeah, we goofed the DI installations and need to replace the seals, so you'll be paying for another set and the specialty tool to replace the seals. Oh, it happened again on DI 4.

Can you see why a built block isn't fun? Ask me how I know, I just went through all of this (I didn't rip my DI seals, but I thought for damn sure I would've). I could go on and on. Get a low mileage longblock assembly, you'll be happier. Just try to source it yourself. otherwise you will get a rotten junkyard motor with " unknown" mileage from the salt belt that has been rusting for the past 3 years in a pick n' pull.
