The only supercharger I would trust in gen-1 is one with super low boost. Cosworth had a reliable one (0.5 bar of boost), but it is not available anymore. The gen-2 engine is not the same as the gen-1. Many people seem to think it is just a bigger yet identical engine. It could be better for boosting, but it could be worse. Time will tell ...
