Movin on up? Naahh, don't think so. It about what your econ 101 prof called "opportunity cost" and the TA referred to as "guns or butter." Even if you have the money, money you DoN'T spend on a new car is money you can spend on something else. I like that idea. I've spent the last 6 years and a bit of cash making my Bee Are Zed think it's a GT car. I'm a set of Bilstein B6s (and possibly FRS rear springs) away from accomplishing that.
Covid put a hold on our GTing plans. I'm planning on installing B6s after the first of the year, getting our Moderna boosters, a gross of masks, and setting out once again to "See the USA, in our Chevr.... BRZ."
