Pretty much all of those are financial concerns, as are most of the ones brought up in this thread in the half-dozen pages since I posted.
If money is truly no issue, as stated in the first line in the first post by the OP for this thread, basically no reason to stick with the first gen outside of really hating interior/exterior design changes (or lack of special colors like Hakone Ed. Green) or the digital dash or a commitment to factory-optioned Brembos or other little stuff like that.
