Lower back. Wedge-shaped disc between L5/S1. It has been debilitating in the past, but daily yoga has me to a state where other back aches can be worse - like those caused by a weekend regrouting a shower (unusual posture) so that seems pretty good. It does radiate a bit into the hips. Also can have joint pain in my hands, guaranteed after a day in the shop but sometimes just a day on the computer for work.
Also some gut issues I'm chasing right now. That's relatively new though.

L5/S1 disc problems here too. If I slack on my core exercises I’m in trouble. I hate car seats without lumbar support or bad lumbar support now.
