Pro meth sells down to 32cc although they been sold out for a while, they have a new nozzle design coming out but it’s been like 5 months so idk what’s going on. I got tons of sizes laying around though.
I used the 189cc nozzle as it sprayed about 400cc on my setup which is ideal for 50/50 mix at about 285-300whp.
I would prefer sizing the nozzle smaller and keep line pressure higher for better atomization, as apposed to turning the pump down with larger nozzle.
They have several different larger tank size options out there.
Because I had aem kit with 1 gallon tank already and didn’t feel like messing around too much with mounting a different tank, I just added a 2nd aem 1 gallon tank and Y’d the lines together before the filter/pump. Worked perfectly fine and doubled my capacity, I’d get (IIR my calculations correctly) 15mins of max spray before low fluid light turns on which is at roughly 30% of tank left. That’s 90 10second pulls before low fluid light.
Methanol has an autoignition temp of 811F, 50/50 MEOH has a flash point of 75F. It’s really not much of a concern being a “flammable” liquid in trunk, under 75F it’s technically not flammable and even if it is you’d need an 811F+ ignition source to ignite it. WWF is 30-35% MEOH with a flash point of 90-95F and is considered the best bang for buck, not only in cost but also in methanol diminishing return, starts to diminish rapidly after about 30-35% with little added benefit beyond 50/50.

Do you know a nozzle with around 120 cc\min?
Are they fit the aem v3 nozzle?
And I'm not tuned for that the tuner just changed some value regarding how fast the ecu cuts the timing when temps rises.
I'm exploring right now how much is enough to inject and what will give most power without remap.
I suspect the 30% meth could be my golden number... Will try it out on the next tank... But mannnnnn it changes my life,i was so frustrated from the car performance when it got hot which is about two puls.....
