Find out where the valve job was done at. You wouldn’t be able to register car in California if it’s not done. Not certain about other states

The recall was done in Texas and I bought/ registered the car in Georgia. Had it towed into a Toyota dealership where I bought the rav4 I owned before the frs. The news has been... yeah not great
