The manual premium 1st gen is 1,282KG KERB.
Its a 50l fuel tank.

Tare weight is car with all fluids but only 10l of fuel. Kerb is the same except a full tank.

40l of fuel, regular fuel has a specific gravity of around .73-76, higher ron fuel (as is required here) is a little lower at about .71-72

40 * .72 = 28.8kg, 1249+28.8 = 1277.8

Edit: I will admit there is a spectrum owing to how the fuels are mixed or have settled - but even @ a .77 wieght its still under 1280. And again, this is WITH a full spare wheel in the trunk.
