As long as it was maintained you'll be ok. Tracking doesn't have to mean a death sentence for a motor. I see kids hooning on the street that make tracking seem mild. The key when tracking is to respect your equipment. No constantly banging it off the redline (just because you're revving the sh#t ot of it doesn't mean faster laptimes necessarily. When shifting think of the shift knob as a raw egg. slamming gears is no faster. REALLY watch missed shifts, your rev limiter won't help you there.
